The owner is banned here and there are a bunch of scam threads about it.
As far as I remember they actually did give people proxies, but a large number never worked and the other were all shared and often instable.
Actually people complained that they received multiple proxies on the same IP with different ports, the owner found that is no reason to complain as they buy proxies and not different IPs :-)
So in worst case you get one IP and 100 ports on it, if you receive anything as they do not seem to be in business anymore

I don't know where they have their proxies from, it sounds a bit like botnet ones.
