1000 different IPs per day .. you'll either use public proxies (and 1000 new ones per day is not a small project) or botnet IPs (highly illegal).

I might miss something but I can't think of any legal method that gives you 1000 different IPs daily except public proxies (and that's already half legal)

I need them for not so legal projects..so botnet proxies are okay as long as they are live for 24hrs so they show up as uniques to PPI companies..ooops not supposed to talk about PPI here..sorry..I have an IRC botnet with about 1k bots so I need the lists to change the ips of the vics so I don't have to add more bots PPI companies are not legit anymore they just spread malware so,,win win..I get paid by scamming them VERY BH indeed..what you think? A BotNet is by far the easiest way to get that many new IPs or more every day. Remember that BotNets aren't specifically illegal. You just have to inform the person of what the software will be doing. If it will allow you to use their computer to connect to others, say that. You can bury this in a license agreement click-through during install that no one ever reads, and you're covered legally . I had software running around a couple of years back that would spam comments from you on all of your friend's MySpace pages advertising the software as soon as you installed it. No one could ever say anything because we disclosed it, as plain as day, in the license agreement.

That was back when I thought I was the only black hatter around .

1000 proxies per day is not going to happen unless there from a botnet. Don't get me wrong I wouldnt have a problem using a botnet, im just being realistic here. Where do you think vip72 get all there proxies from?

I would take a look at vip72.com, they have an unlimited service that wont cost you the earth, but im not sure if they could offer 1000 US/day, they have proxies from all over the world.

Failing that I would ask over at pay-per-install.org and get a private supplier, there are some guys there that deal with botnets and have access to thousands (some a million +) US machines that could be proxified.

Honestly, vip72 socks are garbage. I wouldn't ever reccomend them to someone serious about speed and reliability.

Theres plenty of private proxy suppliers in the proxies for sale section, but those aren't sock5 and theyre not cheap

I agree... if someone is saying that a service might be using botnets I think thats a legitimate thing to say because it gives us info on why not to use them, its not like he posted a tutorial on how to setup a botnet
