I need a few of these to use for Paypal. Anyone know where I can get one or two? I don't want to be logging in to paypal from all across the country. I think having one screwed account...I need to do all I can to make sure this one is safe.

Jeez, I seem to be hawking HideMyIp.com in this forum today.

I'd try using their premium proxies, and keep clicking on 'hide my ip' until you get one from the location you want. When you get it, click on 'always use this IP'. Premium is about $28/quarter for unlimited use.

They've just recently gotten pretty fast. They don't seem to be banned or flagged by Google (I just activated dozens of gmail accounts I bought here) but honestly I haven't tried paypal, ebay yet. CL seems to like them, especially when you want to post in Cleveland and you pick an OH proxy.
