I am pretty upset as well. With out proxies, I can't do hardly any SEO, and every hour wasted matters to me at this point. The only reason I went with this service over others, is because members of BHW spoke highly of this service.

But for sure, I am demanding credit for the down-time at a bare minimum. But I do agree with you that if this is not resolved in the next 1-2 days I am definitely going to dispute the charges and use another provider!

Did this guy totally skip town or what? Anyone else besides us 2 having problems? Still 0 responses to tickets/email/skype!

Glad i'm not the only one, but i'm pissed!! I have not used this service long enough to know if this is out of the ordinary or not, but it has not exactly been smooth sailing with this provider, even before this...

With all the scams out there lately, it's hard to tell an honest technical problem or a scam. I guess time will tell, but I don't have time for this BS

Seems his service is kaput!

It was a rocky ride the whole time but I must say in his favor that he does good business, when he messes up he pays back. At least he did with me. So don't be too harsh on the guy. I hope he gets better at this and maybe one day I'll be a customer again.

There may be various reasons why the proxies dont work. A simple change in IP may block access to them. An email or a ticket would have resolved the problem. However I would want to thank Imhotep that he was truthful.

Wow!!!! Looks like I have missed a lot. Let me tell everyone that I was traveling for a while and did not have or barely had network there. it was a trek over the Himalayas and we had to hold our cell phones in a certain angel at a certain place to get the network. Hence the delays. I replied back as much as I could, however this was just down to bare minimum support and I could not check BHW.

Sorry we only have IP based auth but with private proxies you do get a control panel where you can change the whitelisted IP as often as you want...
