May I know what does it means by "Authentication based on your IP address"? I have a random IP (given by ISP) each time I login. Will this be a problem?

But I got a problem, when I use my proxies, IE shows "Internet Explorer cannot display webpage".

Have you been messin with your internet connection in the control panel?
And do you have a connection with out the IP?
If you dont then you might of messed with your internet connection settings.
I've done that with my internet explorer haha, only use firefox anyway so its all good

Sorry also are these proxies still working with youtube, yahoo answers? Thanks.

i dun think i messed up my internet connection settings. Didn't really touch IE at all, am also using FF. But for tweetattacks need IE, that's why I need IE to work with my proxies.

Maybe you can help me more on that? much appreciated..

I also like on how you can randomize your proxies. But I do have a question a bout it, how many times can you randomize it in a month? Its my second month now and still planning to continue and upgrading my account.

Yeah, this is some temporary error, its usually goes away if you save 2-3 times, if you still cant get it fixed just pm me and ill fix it for you through the admin panel in your account.

Its usually about 2 or max 3 hours.

Do you mean every disconnect? If yes, then you just need to log in to your control panel every day. You can save your IP, and then the proxies usable with IP:PORT format.

Try to reset your IE settings, it can be messed up easily.. or if you can use Firefox and foxyproxy, with that small addon can change IPs in 6-8 seconds with cookie deleting as well.

Yes, they are working, if you are running into blocked proxies just let me know, its possible that some ranges are blocked.

You can randomize them once a month, but if you need 1 more reset or something, just write a mail to support and ill do it in some hours for you.

Thanks for answering my question, is it possible to atleast randomize my proxies twice a month if I email you? Atleast after 15 days because I use it in my linkbuilding service and I am having less success rate because some of the proxies are getting banned.

I ordered my proxies yesterday and I haven't gotten an email saying that my proxies are activated. It said I have to wait 23 hours, but it's been a little longer than that.

One of my proxies from my list has been bad for like 3 days, I've submitted a contact through the website, what gives?

you need to save your IP before usage, you get error 404 when the proxy server doesnt recognize your IP.

the problems usually solved in a few hours or max a day, if it takes longer we used to give some extra for the waiting.

try to log into your account, and check the proxy list, if its empty, the proxies are not set up yet, but if its already passed 3-4 hours, the proxies will be there.

We have a few servers that arent functioning properly, so the best is to send a mail and a pm to me here at the same time if anyone has issues.

Bought 10 proxies, activation was fast...arnd 2 hours but has 404 proxies and I PMed jaerahan and he fix it less than 30 minutes. Top notch service. I'm posting comments on SB and the proxies are lighting fast. Good Job!

Thanks zman42. Its a temporary problem but i cant fix it myself, cause im not a programmer and Alex is MIA for 3 weeks now. 1-2 server has some issues so i have to constantly replace proxies for ~100 people daily.. for the new orders + the people that use the randomproxy button.

I have been using yourprivateproxy for a few months. The proxies were fast at first but now they are much slower and my scrapebox commenting is slower with lower success rate. I'm thinking off stopping my subscription. Has anyone else experienced this also?

Also, support is poor. I email support and never get an answer.

I'm using public proxies right now and they're working as well as the private proxies I'm paying $30/month for. See what happens.

Ok guys, I just could talk to Alex finally, all the errors will get fixed during tomorrow, because i didnt know the contact of the server software's coder, and lots of new ranges of proxies will be available next week.

poseidon2k received the 1k refund for his proxies. And all the others that requested by email/pm from me will receive them tomorrow.

1.) After a few weeks 8%-10% of the proxies are dead.
2.) After my 1st month i can randomize the IPs , i pushed the button and only get 20% of the total i paid for. (after a few min. i see the total amount of IPs, but they are NOT new at all i see multiple old ones) 18% is dead. I did not know about dead private proxies, i'm thinking of switching back to the public proxies.

P.S. where is your support page? I have send a mail with the contact form (i don't know if that's the support page, that page is not accessible if you are logged in......)

I have problem here. My proxy doesn't work at all. When i test using SB, all this proxy was failed to pass Google and Ip security.

When i try to scrape using this proxy, failed all "authentication required".
I'm using static IP and was save my IP on control panel many time but still get this error.

Hi guys sorry I'm back from my vacation. Right now I have problems with 2 servers. One of them seems to be working but it's not and another one that I have to reinstall. I'm talking about Los Angeles New Server and Chicago New server this last one is dead some bad sectors on the hard disk or something like that so it need to be replaced and reinstalled. This should happen by the end of this week.

The first one Los Angeles New seems that everything is working but it's not. I've contacted my programer today and I hope we'll have a fix for it today or tomorrow.

About the refunds: when I click on Opened Disputes & Claims and then click on Open Cases or Requiring your action it doesn't show me anything that's why I can't issue any refund yet. But don't worry about it as soon as it's fixed I'll refund you guys.
