What is the Proxy Collective about:
We all know public proxies are usually slow, about 99% of those you find don't work and they are highly unstable and unreliable.
The Proxy Collective puts modern hightech against these problems, powerful dedicated test-servers work 24 hours a day to scan and test the proxies you submit.
They are rated for their quality (resulting in a score that tells you how reliable they are) and they keep being tested over and over again.
The result is a highly detailed and up-to-date database filled with public proxies.

The special clue: You upload a new proxy into the database and you'll have it tested and added into your personal proxy list.
Each working and new proxy you upload earns you Proxy Credits.

What details are available about a proxy

Through the proxy management screen you can filter for specific details, sort the proxies or export your proxies as clean iport list.

The VIP subscription is going to be extended by more features that's why I am not planning to reduce the price for now.

3. Click on the Request Proxies tab.
4. Here you can request proxies (by anonymity, country, number of proxies, etc)
5. Now click on the "My proxies" tab, you'll see all proxies in your account, can sort then, filter for details or export them as list.

and how many tim have to use it from the request?

Well you have 10 Credits, you can request 10 proxies and they will be added, then you have no Credits left.
You can also just request one proxy, then you'll have 9 proxies left and can request at a later time again.

i tested now the proxies but only 4 working and six return me error 404 why?

that should not be the case, the proxies are all tested hourly to see if they work and verified that the data they transmit is correct.

An API is available but it's not open to the public yet, planned for the future!

If someone has a few IPs that don't work as he expected it, you can PM me but please don't report each single problem here in the thread.
All proxies are tested against two URLs at least once per hour, only those that pass the tests show up.
But after all we are talking about public proxies.
It is always possible that a proxy has content filtering active or stopped working.

P.S.
You can make the tool re-test a proxy (takes 1-3 minutes) by using the "cmd" menu.

Yes "high anonymous" often also called L1 or "Elite" means that there are no typical signs in the HTTP header that reveal you are behind a proxy.

"anonymous" also called L2 means the proxy is hiding your IP but it leaves traces in the HTTP header that it is a proxy. Those can still be used for many purposes.

L3 proxies are not anonymous, those send your true IP as part of the HTTP header but they are also useful for many purposes. Mainly for websites that do not check if you are behind a proxy.

By default L1 and L2 are requested, you can remove the checkbox at L2, then only L1 is delivered.
Or you enable the L3 checkbox and you receive a mix from all anonymity variants
So you just need to uncheck the "L2" checkbox and all proxies will be "Elite"

How much time will be the proxies online?

All the proxies have a "stability score", you receive random proxies from the large pool of IPs so you'll have random quality.
The project is rather new, so none of them are older than a few weeks but there are several IPs that are online since a few weeks and were never offline during that time.

High score means high reliability, below zero means bad reliability.
