Can you set up an adw*ords account with a VCC without using a voucher, and still start a campaign? Basically, I want to know if the VCC allows you to go ahead and start a campaign, and basically get free clicks until goog*le locks down the account? I don't know what the VCC will allow you to do, so I thought since the credit card gets verified, whats stopping you from firing up a campaign?

Any input and experiences would be appreciated.

i wouldn't use vcc's and vouchers for adwords so i cannot help you there, sorry.

I Believe You Can, But The VCC Has To Have A Balance Of At Least 5 Dollars, Because That's What Google Charges To Activate The Account.

The Reason Everyone Is Using The Voucher System Is Because You Can Activate The Account Using A Throw Away VCC With Little To No Balance, And The Voucher Will Cover Your Activation And Advertising Cost So You'll Be Able To Use Ad*words And Owe Go*ogle Nothing.

Thanks. I understand why they use them, but I was just wondering if you could use it and then run up a $100 bill or so, and then just dump the account. I mean they don't have any of your information. It's pretty blackhat, I know, but I was just wondering.

Also, if anyone has adword vouchers and VCC's, then I'm highly interested. Can't find anyone with adword vouchers right now.

i think they charge in increments based off the length of the account. The first charge is pretty small. I want to say $25 worth of clicks but I could be wrong.

Yeah, they ususally hit me for between $25-$35 dollars a month but I'm only running one small campaign right now.

I don't think you could actually run up charges with a VCC that didn't have sufficient funds. I'm guessing that they keep a close watch on clicks versus funds.

Would love to hear what you have to say about it if you do try it though. Maybe you can find a workaround.

I just opened an adwords account yesterday with a VCC, $55 voucher minus $5 for the setup fee. Set it all up, daily limit of $100. However, I haven't gotten any impressions or clicks at all. I have no idea what's wrong or if the VCC has some type of trail that Google can track.

I started out fresh, cleared cookies, new IP, nothing that could be traced to my previous history. Any ideas?

Are you sure that your keywords etc, are set up good so that you actually do get impressions, clicks, etc? The only thing I could think of is that your max cpc is too low to even get impressions with your keywords.

Just As Long As The Starting Balance Of The VCC At Least 5 Dollars.

You Can Do That, But On The Downside That's The Quickest Way To Get Your Website/Server Banned Or Blacklisted.

As For Voucher, I've Seen A Few People On Here Offering Adword Vouchers So Take Sometime And Look Around, You'll Find Someone

Well, if I just host it on godaddy, will they just ban my domain? Then, I could just move on and get a new domain. Will they try to take action against you in anyway, but looking up the domain, etc?

And yes, I know people here offer them, but I'm not a noob, and I have looked around, and none of them have them any longer, which is why I asked if anyone does or knows exactly where to get them.

It could be that the $100 daily limit you've set is too high and Google has flagged your account for manual review.

Check Ebay For The Voucher, I've Seen A Few On There Last Time I Check. They Will Cost More Then If You Bought Them Off A Forum Member, But On The Plus Side You'll HAve Them

They'll Ban Your Domain Pretty Quick, If You Repetedly Set-up And Abandon Account Directed To It.

I Like Long Term Wealth Over Short-Term Myself, So When It Comes To Income Streams I Try And Make Them Last As Long As Posible.

I Would Set Up An Account With A Voucher, Use It Until It's Gone Then Move On. If You Rack-up Debt, Your Giving Them A Reason To Look At You More Closely And As A Blackhater That's Not What You Want lol.

Well, this is basically a short term blackhat method that I'm messing with, and of course I wouldn't have my information on there. I definitely wouldn't mind buying 10 to 20 vouchers if I could find them, but then I got to find VCC's to go with them also.
