Default Is there a way to test part of the code?

Usual way for now is to open script in browser, but it's too complicated and I don't want to always load the whole script to test one function or part of the code.
Is there some kind of IDE or editor or plugin which can show u the output in some kind of internal browser or command line or anything?
I imagined that in a way where u can select code, for example echo "mama mia"; and test it's output.
    Is there a way?

Nope I don't think there's something like that. You should create a new file, and paste just the part of the code you want to test. I don't know any other way.

If you are reffering to php, you should download wampserver. download it, put your code files in the www folder in wamp. then you can see your codes and site in localhost/yourfile.php

Try Visual Studio. Not sure if you can do it with that, but I remember seeing something about it that you can.
