Definitely Leadimpact.

They can provide most volume, but their traffic quality is shit sometimes.

leadimpact, traffic quality seems to come in waves, but overall better

I have tested both Mediatraffic and Leadimpact with a review type site. With Mediatraffic my bounce rate was about 65% which is awesome considering that it's a popup, and it converted ok. With Leadimpact the bounce rate is 97%, it's money thrown out.

I have made so much money with leadimpact... its almost crazy.

Mediatraffic..... its hard to convert... atleast for me.

LeadImpact is my preference but they are both better than Direct CPV. TrafficVance is the best if you can get an account.

mediatraffic also has $200 initial deposit (at least when i sogned up there in 2009).
if you´re looking for cheaper alternatives you could check directcpv.
but don´t expect too great results then.
cheaper often also means lower quality.

LeadImpact would be a nice place to start. You know those free game CPA offers some of you promote? Well, most of those are owned by Pin Ball Pub network witch is ran my LeadImpact. So you know they have a fresh amount of traffic.

MediaTraffic on the other hand can only tell you there installs come from Vomba Screen Savers and we all know people don't accept adware just to download some savers
