Maybe it's your offer. What kind of xvid download do you offer?

The other side is the quality of the traffic which is provided by leadimpact. Your site shows up on pop ups / pop unders. On how many pop under offers did you react recently?

get about 70,000 hits instead of that 3 digit bullshit

build some lps and split test them with direct linking also check your targets and maybe you should change your offer

also set a budget for every lp and keyword e.g twice the offer payout for every keyword and lp

Never direct link to your offers..

Always create A/B/C split test (CPV optimized) landing pages to see what people react to. Make your landers clean, clear and to the point with a HUGE headline and continue button.

Speaking from a consumer (computer user in this case) standpoint I would never download something that comes up as a pop-up. Direct linking for your kind offer is not going to lead to any positive results anytime soon. Just look at how people are being trained on viruses/malware etc. the status quo is don't download things from pop-ups.

As for some advice create landing pages if you really believe in the campaign you're trying to capitalize on. Create landing pages that include videos of you using the software to show people that yes it does work and yes it's a worth while download.

Like I said in the first paragraph your campaign is a tough sell, especially so if you're using PPV to market it. I'd say try quality (informative) landing pages, but if you're still not seeing anything positive drop the campaign for PPV. PPV is only good for a few niches in my experiences, and I've never got much traction with any offers that require downloads from the users end.

A good avenue for download driven offers is PPC (Google or other avenues) or just buying banner ads or text link ads on websites or blogs that are relevant to your offer.

Landing page is a must.BTW what's with XVID offer lol. Find something with more 'value' to people who would waste their 5 seconds closing your popup

Honestly I'm currently running an xvid install as well and the conversions on it are HORRIBLE. I'm getting 1:851 conversion ratio with it right now. That is on my best LP too that I was testing. I've pushed about just over 14,000 impressions and it's really not worth it. I thought it may be a network issue so I tried it while rotating networks and it's still really low. You may want to try another offer. Good luck
