How to make money with PPV and content lockers ?

I heard a lot of people and network AM`s talking about PPV and content lockers , that are a little gold mine

Has anyone had any sucess ? Can someone give me a little example in theory? I don`t want your campaigns lol

Uhh idk. Maybe make a massive list of all possible things people could type into Google and use a gateway that with 100% opacity and instructing that if they want to view the content then they have to complete a survey. Wow I actually just thought of this now, I don't know if it'll work that good/easily but it doesn't hurt to try, right?

What are the best pay for survey sites?

I want to put surveys on my site that will pay me when users fill them out. I don't know of any.... Any suggestions?
