I have few campaigns (oriented to very wide audience) in Mediatraffic at -50% to -20% in ROI. They are RON and facebook campaigns. My questions is: (since i haven't used Trafficvance yet) - when i have ron/fb campaign at -20% roi in MT and i go to TV with this campaign then will it become profitable? I mean is TV traffic many times better than MT's traffic?

Traffic Vance don't offer RON traffic campaigns unfortunately.

So unless you target individual keywords (more expensive) then i don't think you'll have much success.
