Quality of the traffic is more important. Cheap PPV/CPV networks have poor quality traffic. Find a network that has optimum quality and price (at the end results higher conversions). For me it is always Traffic Vance the second is Media Traffic

yup, traffic quality is much more important than prices. Otherwise, you can easily burn thousand of dollars without good conversions even if you get cheap clicks

for the best PPV network I would have to go with Trafficvance.

as far as paid clicks like AdF.ly... you guys should check out AdFoc.us. Paying about 1.5x what you see on AdF.ly.. $5.50 CPM for US traffic. (I don't want to post the ref link but if you want to help me out PM me

Many don't have $1000 to fork up just for testing PPV marketing. And if you don't I would suggest going with LeadImpact. I'd say they are next up after TrafficVance in terms of quality traffic.

If you haven't worked with PPV before, take time, read up on splittesting and setup a proper tracking system.

agree, you will get much bigger results if you go for better quality traffic.
i would recommend you to try plexious i currently working with them as a publisher. pretty decent company, competitive cpv/ppv, good coverage.. also can check out miva or affinity

Quality of the traffic is more valuable than quantity, however cheapest network cannot provide the quality traffic.

I like bid4keywords for cheap ppc traffic, not sure how good the traffic converts but if you just need to send junk traffic to a cpa offer you complete yourself to balance out the conversions this source could work :P

Try Adonnetwork I think they start off at $20 or maybe even $10.

PPV has nothing to do with PPC. This is a CPV pop traffic thread.
