I use ppv (Lead Impact) in order to get some subscribers, in fact I pasted my opt in box Aweber code on a blogger page, and then use Lead Impact to pop up this Blogger page.

But I got frustrating results : I spent 17.79 $ for 270 pops up and got only 5 subscribers ??!

I am very disappointed and I wonder what can I do to increase dramatically this poor rate ?

Are you offering something similar to the URL you are targeting? Also, your LP has to be very eye-catching, if you only show a simple bland blogger page with an opt-in then you will most surely get terrible results as you see.

Make sure you grab the users' attention... Remember they didn't want to see your LP so you have to make it seem like it's worth their while. Plus it seems like you're paying 6-7 cents per view which isn't bad but I'm sure you can get way cheaper views and maintain a decent opt-in rate.
