Anyone Using Directcpv?
Hi
Anyone got any experience with directcpv.
I have tried various zip and email submits, free trials etc but nothing converts. Is it my choice of campaign or does anyone have any experienec of what type of camaign is successful on this network. I'm not asking for specifics but it would be interesting to know if anyone has got anything to convert with them
TIA

Re: Anyone Using Directcpv?
I've tried DirectCPV as well several times. If you want my opinion, it sucks dick. I haven't gotten one conversion, its all crap traffic.
From what I was told TrafficVance is the way to go, but you need to be referred and its $1000 deposit.

I was planning to try directcpv. I'm interested to hear more about this.

Used dcpv in the past, but since I moved to tv haven't looked back, it's way better service.

Re: Anyone Using Directcpv?
I wasted 1000 pounds with Direct Pvc on campaigns that converted well using other advertising mediums. Dont go there!

Re: Anyone Using Directcpv?
As with many other traffic sources, certain offers perform a lot better than others. It's key to know what kind of product is being pushed for these CPV networks because that's what will tell you the kind of audience you'll generally be targeting.
For example, directcpv pushes mainily video plugins, therefore if you put something like a video on your landing page, it'll catch their eye more than just a plain page with no bells or whistles. I'm not saying that it won't work, but it could be less effective.

Re: Anyone Using Directcpv?
i didn´t have success with them.
too low amount of traffic.
didn´t use them for 1/2 now so maybe in the meantime they have more traffic.
but when i tested them it was not worthwhile for me.

Re: Anyone Using Directcpv?
I've heard the best campaigns are email and zip submits. I haven't heard of anyone profiting using anything else.

Re: Anyone Using Directcpv?
Since last friday, all campaigns have disappeared!!!
I can still log in, but I can't find any of my hundreds of campaigns.
Anyone made similar experiences? It's a mess, really. They do not react on my emails, either.

Re: Anyone Using Directcpv?
All my camapigns still as I left them.
FYI
I have spent $100 in various campaigns, zip & email submits, trial offers etc.
I have had just 1 lead from all my different trials.
Anyone more successful?
TIA

Re: Anyone Using Directcpv?
directcpv sucks, but at least they approved KW in decent order. By comparison, Lead Impact takes up to 72 hours to approve KW. They're unbelievable. I'd steer clear of both.

Re: Anyone Using Directcpv?
Have had some success with directCPV, mostly with brand name email submits. Apparently they are improving and increasing their traffic.
The main difference with directCPV vs. the other PPV networks is that your pop doesn't need to be resized and it is more like an interstitial, where your landing page takes up the whole visitor's screen.
