ok, because this is the ppv section i think you tried companies like zango, trafficvance and mediatraffic.
and can you tell me then, why you were not able to get "making money" traffic?
just set up a campaign and use the keyword "make money", target usa and that´s all.
but i suspect, you either posted in the wrong section or didn´t write clearly what you need/what you´re looking for.

If there was money making traffic,the traffic providers would monetize it themselves..so you will have to experiment
