Anyone have a list of adware associated with the PPV companies, and where to get them?

So far I know

Mediatraffic - Vomba
TrafficVance- GameVance
DirectCPV- LoudMo
Adon- Mygeek Toolbar ----Can't find where to install this

I'm mainly interested in Adon as that's the network I want to start with. Not really concerned with other PPV companies not listed, but maybe it would help someone else out. Any help would be appreciated!
