I'm using Prosper mostly bc im used to it from PPC.

Will prosper tell me which URLs were being viewed when the ad showed? im just starting PPV and hope to eventually get into building lists, but just starting and doing direct linking. the ending of my prosper link i have added

{{v-u-r-l}&{{keyword}}&{{sid}} obviously with out the dashes

is this good enough? i havent gone live yet, but want to be sure it works.

you should seperate your URL targetting campaigns and your keyword campaigns so with URL you have tracker.php?kw=vurl and with keywords tracker.php?kw={keyword}

the way you have it now

tracker.php?kw={{v-u-r-l}&{{keyword}}&{{sid}} only the v-u-r-l will be tracked everything after the first & will be dropped

well since im not doing keywords i guess i dont need the keyword part.....im an idiot

so how should it look "?kw=vurl" or do i need brackets? also what exactly is sid? someone told me to add that in

what network are you using? if its mediatraffic it will automatically pass the URL otherwise yeah just add the variable the network uses to indicated the URL.. SID hmm I've never had to add it, guess it depends on the network...

so you really gotta split your keyword and url campaigns? i kinda figured that, oh well

It depends on traffic network your using, but its pretty easy

Actually it's {{v-u-r-l}} for the exact URL that invoked the pop.

{{sm_v-u-r-l}} - the URL targeting you have set up

Minus the dashes, of course.
