trafficvance only accept direct advertizers.

We are currently only accepting direct advertisers, reputable agencies and recognized independent media buyers.

I want to promote affiliate products. what are my options now or some other good ppv networks?

they say this to keep the noobs away. you will need a referal plus you need an initial deposit of $1500 to start.

Talk to your affiliate network account manager and ask for a referral. They or one of their co account managers should help you with a contact and reference for trafficvance.

Other option is if you join either EWA or PPVPlaybook they will give you a referral in.
