don't waste your money.

ppv is simple.

1. join a network
2. pick an offer
3. track
4. split test

rinse and repeat.

all the rest is bullshit.

The word "test" is the most important.

How important?... I even do split test of people/companies
that I outsource to.

Oh, why not make it a 5 steps rinse & repeat?

No 5. Spy on your competitors.

If you want to do ppv, then select the network you want to join.
MediaTraffic is good. Then go to Vomba.com (their adware site) and donwload their screensaver. You'll then start to see what others are doing using that ppv network.

Install the same download product (screensaver/games/etc)
that visitor from a certain PPV network did to receive PPV ads.

Do your keyword research and see which url does your market
hangs out. Add urls from other relevant websites, use quancast.com

Visit those sites daily... record down what kind of ads are running
and at what time of the day (morning/afternoon/night).

Look for patterns. Same ads running daily, at the same time for more
than a week maybe.

If it is running consistently for more than a week, there is money
to be made from that product using the method your competitor
is using (direct linking/opt-in/pre-pop).

It is tedious, so my advise is to outsource the spying work.

Try using paid VPN like StrongVPN.com .

When downloading and registering, use
the vpn and register as if you are from
the US.
