Default Hide PPV Traffic
If I'm using prospers Cloaking is it still possible for the networks or advertisers to find out I'm using PPv?
Is there a better way to hide my tracks?

It depends on the network. Ask them about the useragent they pass in the referrer.

Also, there's about a billion posts on here about DMR (double meta refresh) and even some scripts floating around, do a quick search and you'll find a better solution then prosper for cloaking (prosper DOES leak - not often but it does..)
