How does this work?

Is this because his cookie is overriding theirs? So it would mean that Gauher researched what product was being sold on the flog and then his pop-under had the same product.

Thoughts?

No, he was redirecting to a better, less aggressive offer. It's not so relevant unless you find someone still using flogs. Most will disappear THANKS to the FEDS. He even talked about how that avenue had dried up for him.
