I don't want to deposit or send over Drivers Licence

So any good ones please do tell

They all want some kind of verification, at least by phone.
Mediatraffic wants to fax an ID
Trafficvance is 1000$ minimum deposit.
Adonnetwork needs a phone call

i am registered on mediatraffic, zango (leadimpact), direct cpv, adonnetwork, clicksor and i´m from germany.
so yes, they do accept non-us advertisers.

I'm not from usa as well and have had no problems.They just call you and activate after that.Actually,they haven't even requested a verification document like driver license or something from me.

The lower deposit requrements mean more noobs and it means the higher bids.I highly recommend mediatraffic with a $200 minimum deposit requirement even if you are just starting ppv.
