i have it and used it. it gives good results - i just think it's slow.

better than some other expensive scrapers i've seen though & the author gives good support.

ok, i just played around with it again. if you leave the unique visitors from compete. com checked then the results are slow. if you turn the option off the results are fast.

Why would you even bother with PR when you're scraping URLs for PPV?

Agreed. I would be worring about how much traffic that site gets related to the niche.

You could try AffExpert.com . It's free during the beta stage and it shows you the alexa and quantcast rank for each url it scrapers.
You can sort the results by their rank.
It has also other awesome tools for ppv .

keywordz is a pretty decent. Nothing fancy, pretty straight-forward easy to comprehend and use with the desired results.

Anyone used Placement Intelligence? One of my PPV network account managers said url scrappers are garbage and you need to build your target list manually. Haven't had great success with either so will try both until i get results.

They can be garbage if you don't use them right.

Alot of people just type in some keywords, get thousands upon thousands of urls and what do they do? Copy and Paste those babies right into their campaigns.

The url scrapers are a guide. A tool. Once you obtain those urls you need to look through them and see which are relative to what you are promoting.
