I messed with this awhile ago and now want to use cpv to build my optin lists.

I don't remember what can be on the ad page. when I create the ad, can i have the optin form on the contextual "pop" ad or just a "click here" button taking them to another page where the optin form is?

anything can be on the AD page..Your LP just has to fit the size of the pop up which is 750into500.
