MediaTraffic - absolutely no traffic in Canada?

I've started 5 different PPV campaigns in Canada and there has been literally no traffic whatsoever.

Also, I find MT takes forever to approve your campaigns, whereas TrafficVance takes 15 minutes sometimes.

My MT camapaigns get approved within half hour..according to their user base demographics Canada comes in 6th

MT isnt too bad, they are pretty fast
