I need some advice here plz.I have been running this offer on one of the PPV network and i was making sales one week in a row consistently.I was linking directly.I wasn`t tracking keywords.So i decided to set up tracking using prosper202 so that i could see the keywords referring the leads and also cloak the link.Its now over 3days since i set up the tracking with re-direct and i have not made a single sale.What do you think has happened here?Could it be that the page is not loading properly because of the re-direct?I actually clicked on this link in the ppv betwork and the page loaded fine so am abit confused here.I don`t know if i should change the link over.It will be nice to keep track of how the campaign is doinbg but at the same time,conversion matters.Your advice will be deeply appreciated.Thanks

Actually, I already wanted even to start the thread about the problem. I think I see that Zango and MediaTraffic started to cheat advertisers. I'd wanted to know if I am the only one who is in a such kind of trouble. Since last ~10 days at Zango and since last about ~3 days at MediaTraffic - the conversions fell down very very dramatically, now I see about 1-5% of what was earlier. All offers and all advertisers and all CPA's that I promote suffered equally, so the problem is definitely coming not from this side. The most interesting thing here, that the amount of traffic is still the same as it was, and it comes from the same targets as it came, and in the same proportions. Everything seems to be as it was earlier, but it all stopped to convert almost completely - at about 95%. What happens here, does it happen to others too?

@dwerty - might be a silly thing to check but it can be overlooked at times. Are you still the highest bidder for your targets? I'm often in fierce bidding competition with other members that I've hired someone to login every hour and overbid


@Povidon - if you haven't changed anything and just noticing a drop in conversions, think of it this way....you're presenting the same landers to the adware users, and probably showing it every 24 hrs (by default usually). So the users are seeing the same thing over and over. They get tired of seeing your offer, then start closing your pop-up/pop-under. This happens often to me and my theory is my ads get stale. I often change it up (freshen up the ad with a new layout or graphics). I usually stop a campaign after running them a week or two (sooner if conversions get super low). That's my opinion, anyway.

Keep you eye on it, but its probably too soon to panic. I think OMGreally makes a good point...might be time to freshen things up a bit. It seems pretty rare to have a campaign you don't have to continue tweaking...

I keep my campaigns running (and continuously tweaking) almost for a year, so such kind of fluctuations like this can be excluded. Better to say this phenomenon exists, but now the situation is suddenly far beyond the usual trend. Does anyone see the similar things too?

Thats why i dont work with these PPV companies. They steal your keywords, their systems increase bids without any real competitor increasing..and you need to spend so much money before you start earning any. And PPV in my opinion is not the future.
