NEWBIE question can some one explain the unlisted method to me?

It is very easy
1.Go to video manager in youtube,select "upload", click "unlisted" from the dropdown.
2.Choose a video to upload. Then you can get the video link, start send some views to your video. You can buy some views
3. Once your views delivered. Go to video manager, edit the video, select the video to be public.
That's all

as soon as you hit 301+ hits you can make it public.
but with this method it is enough that ONE person flags you and you are out.
and i promise, you will be flagged... i am not guessing, i am telling you so make sure you have ALOT of accounts! they will all be banned.
only use accounts that you don't care about if they get banned or not.

i have tried unlisted method with 4 videos and no video on even first 10 pages
i uploaded unlisted vid
added tags description link etc
then pumped 301 views, after 20 minutes i made vid public and its not working for me ;/
any help please /
??

If it doesn't work then youtube has patched it.
Or you checked too fast, or searched for the wrong keywords.
Usually it's ranked in top in less than 20 minutes though
