For some reason I cannot get my 310x110 banner on POF to go get approved.When trying it says the below error message. I tried to fix each Possible reason and still no go. Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?




Uploading your creative failed.

POSSIBLE REASONS ARE:

• Your creative does not meet our minimum advertising guidelines
• The title or description you entered was not descriptive enough.
• The file you uploaded was an incorrect format (must be JPEG, PNG or GIF).
• The file you uploaded was too small (less than 100 bytes).
• The file you uploaded was too large (greater than 5MB).
• The image you uploaded was not within the exact pixel requirements.
• Gif images must not exceed 50kb.

Anyone with advice?

Since we cant see your ads its impossible to say.

Email their support (very friendly and helpful), they will point you in the right direction.

Did you make sure it's exactly 310x110? Unlike the small ads, POF doesn't automatically resize banners.
