My step-brother and I have JV'd since we started our IM careers, we made 2 Micro Niche sites and we actually made some decent money, or at least we though we did. The money was made with adsense and we never made it to our first pay day. At the time I was only 17 so too young for my own adsense however i'm old enough now and we wan't to get back in to the game. We have a couple of problems though, the main one being random ads on our sites from AdBrite and a terrible CPC of ~$0.01.

Anyway here are my questions:

1) If i use my own AdSense account on our old websites will i be banned? (It was my step-brothers account on those websites that got banned)

and

2) I'm aware no CPC advertising network even comes close to AdSense but there has to be one better than AdBrite. So, any suggestions?

1. Yes, you will. You could try moving the website to another domain and redirecting the old domain. Make sure to change all personal info and IP when registering a new Adsense account as well.

2. That's correct, go for adsense.

What'd you do to get banned anyways?
