I started my first facebook campaign last month and so far the ads sent me 10 visitors... -.- WTF? I set up 10 USD for each day and the highest PPC (suggested is 0.10 i set it up to 0.15) in one month, i spent 1.50 usd... what is wrong? I would insert some tits in my ad campaign but i think porn is not allowed. Any ideas how I can get a lot of clicks @facebook? Thanks!

What are you trying to promote on there? Unless you're targeting a random country that has almost no one promoting ads in that country, .15 cents is WAY too low. For USA, Canada and United Kingdom, average has always been around .50-1.00 per click, for me.

Sometimes I had some issues with my ads messing up on the suggested PPC, so you could try to start from scratch and see if that helps.

You have to split tests with different demographics to get more clicks. Until I read a thread either here or another board, where the guy ran like 20 different versions of the same ad, did I realize my one or two was not going to cut it. I was seeing results like Brainstorming mentioned with .65 - 1.00 clicks, or I would get low CPC rates with no traffic.

Actually submitting multiple versions is not that hard, they have the duplicate ad button. So I make one ad, hit duplicate and take out college, then I hit duplicate, and breakdown the ages into groups, then I hit duplicate and change up the interests.

It takes 5 minutes to pump put 10 variations. It's trial and error.

I also thought submitting 20 of the same articles would be annoying to the facebook mods, but they dont care. They all get approved without issue.

WARNING: They will shoot a burst of traffic at each ad after approval so becareful and make sure you set your limits. I set up some ads at 3:00 AM for approval, they got approved and I blew through my daily budget before I even knew they were approved.

The suggestion bid range has been broken on Facebook for over 6 months now. Just because it says that it's the suggested bid, it doesn't mean you'll get any traffic. If the range is where you said it is I would increase my bid to at least 25c. Wait until you get a good CTR, and then gradually decrease your CPC bid.
