Does anyone know trusble PPC companies with the same cost per click for all countries?

EXAMPLE: I mean that if the price per click is 0.03E when i will have 100 clicks the earnings will be 100clicks x 0.03E = 3E

That is just one example. Tell me any company that has the same cost per click anywhere in the world.

nope, does not exist.

Clicks from US/UK/CA/DE etc premium countries always pay more due to the higher buying possibilities.

I'm sure exist some companies. Anyone how can help me?
