Is there any other good network than those mentioned above? because I get like 2000+ clicks and 300,000+ views daily through a site that I own (torrent site).. but yieldads payout is shitty and they don't pay on time. could you guys suggest something better? I'd be greatful!

Geeky, I was buying torrent traffic at that time so I was going to make agnosticon a personal offer beating any other rates networks might offer him but he never contacted me. I was not talking about some super cool top secret network I know.

i get traffic about 200 unique a day and i offer unique original content (music albums produced by our team of artists)
we made 3$ - 350 downloads this week using uploading

we need moar.. please help us monetize the max way! we dont mind sharing revenue if you can help us as marketing manager, but we'd like to retain control of all IP.

200 daily uniques is nothing for a download site. Work on your traffic. If 200 gives you $3 then work until you start getting 20000 for $300. Even 20k daily uniques is nothing amazing for a download site.
