They do provide targeted visits but last time I tried it was very low quality.

They're fucking retarded. Their ads gave me virus (100% guaranteed it was them, tracked it down). I used to be a publisher, not gonna recommend them as they're shady as hell.

I signed up and tried it but their ad code doesn't seem to work reliably. The MsgAd is cool. Any other/better network have an ad like that? Its something different that gets people's attention.
