You have probably seen those networks where the ads ask you to solve a maze or "shoot ipads" or do push ups. I think those ads are the most tempting to click, at least in my case.

I know that adsense and pretty much every network shows these ads from time to time, but I want a network that usually only shows those ads and the best possible one. Thanks.

If not, let me know of any networks that gave you the best click to impression ratio thanks.

Their is no such 100% network with only flash ads as you are telling but for both cpc and cpm use can try clickwinks
