I showed them a site that offered content and didn't tell them I was just going to direct link a bunch of CPA offers to them. Not sure if that helps, but I got accepted last week quickly.

I also had a referral from a friend that's been using it for awhile too. That is pretty important to have.

Some CPA networks might help you get the referral. I would ask your AM.
