I used Ask.com for my advertising purposes about a year or so ago and then last week I've tried to login again to start a campaign for my offline biz but am unable to deposit more money into my account. They changed platforms and they have disabled most of the accounts that haven't been used in the last few months. I've tried emailing them several times and signing up for a new account but so far no answer.

Does anyone advertise on Ask and if so how do you get in touch with them? My account manager doesn't even work there anymore and she was my only contact. I'd appreciate any input. Thanks.

Yes I know. That is because they are changing and renaming their advertising platform to PureLeads. But there has to be a way to keep advertising with them. They wouldn't just get rid of their clients just like that. They are too small to begin with and that would kill their business.

They don't let people advertise directly on their search engine anymore. You have to do it through Adwords in order to show on their SE.

Yes, they do but you must select "search partners". There are dozens of other networks through which you can buy display advertising.
