The first one is showing no ads.

The second on is a godaddy parked page. The first one is probably still showing the parked page for you. There is a parked domain revenue program at godaddy.

The owner of the website has some ads in google adwords system (Arbitrage). Is godaddy paying the owner of the website?

The first site is collecting opt-ins.

The second one is probably in the revenue share for parking program, but not 100% sure.
