I found the adperium.com network and it allows setting up new campaigns very easily.

Does anyone have used this before or any review?

For a company that advertises with only Top 500 Alexa websites, I sure haven't heard of them before.

I clicked on start advertising to test them out, but the only thing that I don't like about them is you can't advertise on specific sites.

This is going to lower EPC (earnings per click) since the targeting is by country only as far as I could tell.

If you select all of their countries to advertise with, it will get you 435,856 banner impressions for $100 which someone would think is good, but again you can't advertise on specific sites, and most of their countries are non-english speaking.
