I opened an account on ask.com but the following day they refund me my money and denied my ads. Is this because I was banned from adwords and they are search partners? Thanks for the inputs!

I'm not banned from adwords and they did the same to me, just recently.

Same here, got banned last week, I was also banned from adwords before dunno, maybe that's the reason

I applied 3 times, and never heard back. I then emailed them asking why.... THREE MORE TIMES LOL Never once did I get any kind of response from them.

hell of a way to run a business. Guess that's why they are slowly dying out.

They were closing down shop anyway. I got the following email from their customer support when inquiring about signing up for ppc :


"Ask Sponsored Listings is no longer accepting new self serve pre pay advertiser accounts and will be discontinuing this channel on September 30th, 2010.
