The PPC ads are from Overture (yahoo.com)

but then if you searched for terms that are usually banned on the big ppc networks, its also there, maybe the overture is just a default display for cover up

Check the ads better as nothing illegal. They are for like online gaming sites. Or site selling used slot machines etc. If casinos could put ads then it would be full of online casino ads for sure.
