Those are about the best two in my experience. I run a mix of them on all my adult sites. blacklabelads in like net 90 or something like that, but juicy allows payout once $100 is reached.

give Ero Ads a try, they have a 24 hour unique as opposed to Juicy's 7 day unique. http://www.ero-advertising.com/ they display currency in euros but payout in whatever, converted. we make maybe ~600-800 euros a month from them from ads across our network.

how do you use ero-advertising? The only banners I see are for their own site.

Use CAMS or dating offers .. AFF is best for you

you definitely want to go with juicyads.

I got an adult network that pays up to $320 a signup or you can choose 35% residual revenue sharing. Their top affiliates make $40,000 a month and they are the largest adult CPA network.

Basically you get paid to refer people to webcam or chat networks. Best paying one I've found yet.

doublepimp is dead. they don't pay you after you send them traffic. and they don't count every sign up either.

confined: I have tested them for a few months and their payout has decreased massively but I have been paid twice from them to my PP account where the latest payment was just a few days ago.

You need to pay for that.
