I have had a problem with sales not being credited and I finally figured out why this is happening.

You should check your reports after reading this...

Have you signed up to start promoting a product through Plimus and seen membership options to promote?

For example: My Wii Downloads offers 3 different options, right?
The Trial Membership, The Silver Membership, and The Platnium Membership

Now the problem with this is if you sign up to promote only one of them, say like The Platinum Membership, you will not be credited for sales if the customer clicks on the Trial Membership, or The Silver Membership and place the order.

Why? Because you didn't register to sell that package.

I had this happen numerous times with all types of products and couldn't figure out why. Finally I noticed what I was doing wrong, and I changed it. I then contacted Plimus and they fixed it after waiting like 2 months.

For those of you who want to check and get credit for your sales, I suggest you do this. Login to your account and run reports, then click on "Hits vs Sales, and then run the report from the first day of the month to the current day.

Now verify that the stats match up with month to date sales under your account menu.

Update:

A couple of you PMed me asking how do you get credit for your sales if this happens. Well after i was approved by the vendor to sell the other packages, the system automatically added the rest of my sales to my account.

So after you check your stats in the "hits vs sales" and they dont match up, just request to sell the other packages. Once approved you should notice your balance increase within the hour.
