PPS vs Revshare - Adult affiliate programs

In your experience, what's better: getting paid $1 for every free singup or 20% revshare? I decided to go with the PPS just to make some quick $$$, but have I made the right choice?

you must be talking chaturbate right? Use a affiliate that pays $100+ PPS, they are cheap bastards...
 
Yes, I am. Well, I would, but I'm not sure how much of my traffic I could convert since I pretty much just target anyone who's horny lol...
 
PPS is not $1 per free, is $50-$100 per pay user, one time. The $1 per free is called CPA or per lead or per free. I use the per free programs, because my traffic do not buy much. There are program pay $4 per free this month crakrevenue ; and tubecamgirl $3 per free. So $1 per free it is too few these days.
 
I guess they pay only if a percent of free sign ups convert to paid. Correct me of I am wrong. Cos I am planning to start as well and I would learn from an expert reply.

About chaturbate, they had this $1 per free user from 2011, then at some time in 2012 they stopped to offer it at all. Then they restarted to offer invite only. Then it seems they offer again to everyone. When I used I always been paid. But some friends of mine said at some point, chaturbate write them: do not send more. It was because his traffic "convert bad" probably. And in forums search, others said same. But they paid until time they said please stop to send. So it coud happen, that if your traffic not coneverts, they stop pay the $1 per free, change to revenue sharing or else. About crakrevenue ($4 this month, but normally is $2.50), I don't heard they stop to pay, but I not know many who use it. In forums I never heard crakrevenue they stop pay. About tubecamgirl, as new affiliate they make you questions, some my friend said, but I been paid always, and friends of mine too. Of course if your signups is not real and you busted, don't expect be paid :)

For webcams go Revshare, anything else go PPS. Negotiate higher than advertised rates for both once you prove you can send some volume.

what user must do .
 
Revshare for quality sites. Naked non-affiliate links for other sites. That's much better for SEO and good seo traffic is worth a lot more than a buck here or there.
 
You can do 2 links, one set PPL (or CPA that is, free signup), and one PPS, then run. If you make more or less in PPL each PPS signup, you can then decide where you make more. In my case I do more in PPL/CPA in tubecamgirl . For crak rev and chatur bate there is no PPS, there is revshare I think, I not tried it even - my guys do not buy much :)

but for real if you got a $1 trial I'd run on PPS and full price on revshare. Lots of ppl just want to try and wont stick around for you to get the benefit of the REV.

I prefer PPS and I mean Per Paid Signup. In the end it depends on your traffic, if you dont know will it convert - rotate offers and see what fits for you. When rotating, less than 1k clicks is not enought before you decicade.
