Hi guys ! after one year of experience i want to start internet marketing. So my question is : If i create an amazon site ,should i put one item for the hole site or it"s better to put multiple items. THNX

You mean one type of product or niche? one item wont work for amazon site
I suggest you to choose one niche you like and create site based on desired niche.

if u target only 1 item which is good in the market than u will get better conversion rate ...than the multiple products

so my suggestion is put 3-5 products under same niche and target those it will be better

My entire focus in IM used to be Amazon and I had my best results with product review sites that had 5 or 6 products on each. You can also do more than reviews...general blog dicsussions about products, how they can help, what problems they solve...etc etc.

Pls anyone tell me any Amazon site and describe working procedure of this site.
