EWA Network NOT Paying

Until this moment, I'm still waiting for my first payment which has been more than 3 months!
Firstly I received a check from them which later was rejected or dishonoured by the bank (never in my entire IM life with other agencies) and of course I get hit by a hefty fees from the bank because of it.
When I emailed Ryan about it, he said they have to close their bank account due to a check fraud by some dude?

From then on, I've been emailing them, Ryan, Savy and Latasha from accounting.
Once in a while Ryan would reply to my emails "assuring" me that he will chase it up with the accounting department or that he has been travelling hence the late reply. I mean really? Its been more than 3 months now. Do they have any intention at all to pay me? By the way, all my earnings are legit and my account is still active in EWA (finger crossed) because I was banned from their group after posting in their wall just get Ryan to reply my email!

I joined EWA with a recommendation from a friend so I thought it should be trustworthy but I was wrong.
I'm still hoping that I will get paid. Is there anybody else here that still has their payment delayed or not paid at all?

I can show a screenshot of all my emails to Ryan and the rest of the guys in EWA if you're interested. Anybody else experience the same issue with EWA? I'd love to know how did you get your money at the end.

Been hearing a lot about EWA lately, not good.

I have been reading a lot more payment issues similar to me in other forums.
I should have done my research more before joining EWA! Lesson for me is to join a bigger and more established companies in the future.

I guess they are too busy donating your money to charity.

goog luck ive been waiting 4 months and know several ppl who deal with ryan personally and still no payment. im about to file a rip off report for their network and im tempted to show up to affiliate summitwest wit a bunch of tshirts that say "ryan eagle doesnt pay"

What this thread really needs is a few guys with ewa/blamads in their sig to come in and tell us how they got paid only this week.....no problem

the sad thing that many people dont know is ryan eagle is in on most aff networks. I have people close to him who started listing off networks he was in on and I was shocked. half the networks im in ryan either owns them or is a partner. I just dont understand why he is screwing EWA affs...

edit: I say we all meet somehow or start a website or something to out this douche. we need to make sure all affiliates, especially new affiliates dont waste their time or money promoting his offers to never be paid.

I have exactly the same situation with blamads. Once I went on public forum with the issue my account was banned next day. Forget about emailing that eagle kid, he has no idea what's going on there. Scam network. Not forgetting this one for sure.

yeah this reminded me of something that happened several years ago.

I was approved at EWA and after a few months I get this crazy email from Ryan stating that he banned my account because I was trying to sell it on some forum ( I wasn't). He provided no proof of his claims and basically told me to fuck off......lol

On BHW week after week the same issues seem to be posted about BlamAds - EWA

CAVEAT EMPTOR - STEER CLEAR until EVERYONE IS PAID!

Totally agree with this. Im not with them personally, but if you were at a regular 9-5 job and the company didnt pay you, you can take them to a tribunal. Why do so many networks get away with this. They are the first to cry fraud with affiliates, and they getaway with it??

Its all about money. If the network doesnt get paid by the advertiser the pubs are the first to get the shaft. there are various excuses used by these douchbags such as "my site got hacked", "had to close the bank account","your traffic was low quality" etc....you get the drift.

I agree we need to report him somehow. I know we can all file a rip off report and hope it out seo's any of EWA's pages.

If it's a significant amount of money just file a lawsuit and that should catch his attention pretty quick. If his check bounced you might be able to take it to the cops for check fraud on his part. idk for sure so speak to a cop or attorney before taking action.
