I have no clue what to do for an amazon site, As I suck at ranking sites. But I do get some long tail traffic. Just wondering, if I do an amazon site promoting products, does the long term traffic ever convert?

Obviously it works with adsense, because people are click happy. But do those long term keywords actually convert when SELLING?
