I was wondering if any1 here knew any websites or services whereby members can offer to sign up for each other's affiliate program? Of course the programs has to be free

for e.g. Sign up for 'program name' for free under my link and I will sign up for your free program

I assumed this thread would be suitable here since my question is about affiliate programs if not I apologise

I have been doing this very same strategy and I feel many will respond positively to this concept of reciprocal referrals. I offer a free affiliate program which can lead to an extremely high affiliate payout, plus is worth thousands in value to register. So I would be interested in exchanging affiliate registrations on reciprocal basis.
