I've run over this site a few days ago. They are a pay-per download site in witch the user has to fill a survey before they can download (just like sharecash). As far as ive understood, they pay better then sc and have more features then them (even thought they are still in beta). Here is a printscreen so you can get an ideea about the conversion rates:

Well, I'm now very cautious about these guys.

The first thing he did was ask for my earnings statements - and he doesn't have to proven background of a long-standing CPA network to do that with any kind of level of authority. I'm sure the next question was, how do you get your traffic

My response was "Yes I can, can you provide proof you actually payout?"

Just, FWIW... they left me with a pretty sour impression.
