I got paid several times, everything ok.
Among the conditions your website must make more than 1k visits a day.

What's your monthly traffic volume? CPM networks can be very tough to get in if you didn't have massive traffic.

Top notch CPM networks are no doubt TribalFusion, BurstMedia, Casalemedia, CPX, Valueclick, Interclick, Advertising

2nd tier CPM networks: Contextweb, Vibrantmedia, Bannerconnect, Adtegrity.....
